Technical questions.
Direct answers.
Key information on products, toolmaking, materials and collaboration.
What is KTH Yildiz’s core expertise?
KTH Yildiz combines injection moulding, in-house toolmaking and contract manufacturing of technical plastic parts. Our specialist expertise covers actuators, valves, metering valves, aerosol caps and PU adapters. Custom components and our own portfolio are equally part of our offering.
Do you offer contract injection moulding?
Yes. We manufacture plastic parts to customer specifications using new or technically assessed existing tools. Component, material, annual demand, inspection points and packaging are agreed together.
Do you develop custom components?
Yes. Drawings, samples or a requirements specification provide the basis. Tooling, sampling and series production are coordinated in house.
Can you take over existing tools?
Existing injection moulds can be inspected, sampled and, where required, modified in our own tool shop.
What information do you need for an enquiry?
A drawing or sample, application, preferred material, annual volume and target date are helpful. For valve and dispensing systems, also include the formulation, connections and functional requirements.
Which plastics do you process?
Listed materials include PP, PE, ABS, PA, POM and other engineering thermoplastics. Material selection is aligned with function, tooling and approval requirements.
Are PCR materials an option?
Yes, for suitable products. Flow behaviour, dimensions, colour and function are evaluated before transition.
Which hose lengths are listed?
E022-200: 200 mm. E023 and E028: 135, 160 or 180 mm. Cobra E078: 180 or 200 mm. Other requirements are assessed during your enquiry.
Where does manufacturing take place?
Our location is Eichenkehre 2, 25355 Heede, Schleswig-Holstein, in the Hamburg metropolitan region. Toolmaking and series production are connected in house.
How can I send samples or drawings?
Send drawings and photographs by email to sekretariat@kthyildiz.de. For physical samples, we coordinate the shipment and associated requirements directly.
