Do you manufacture plastic parts for other companies?
Yes. Alongside its own portfolio, KTH Yildiz provides injection moulding and contract manufacturing to customer specifications. Tooling, material, inspection features, annual volume and packaging are agreed for each project.
What does in-house toolmaking contribute?
Tool modifications, maintenance, repairs and sampling can be coordinated directly with production. Findings from manufacturing feed into tooling and process improvements.
Which tolerances and materials are possible?
This depends on geometry, tooling, material and application. Dimensions, tolerances and approval criteria are defined from your drawing or sample. Generic precision claims cannot replace this technical alignment.
