to repeat production.

01

Understand requirements

Align application, drawing, material and annual volume.

02

Build the tooling

New tooling, modifications or transfers, in our own tool shop.

03

Sample & approve

Evaluate the component, process and agreed inspection points for production.

04

Automated manufacturing, assembly and packaging to your requirements.

Material expertise

Material follows
function.

PP · Polypropylene

For aerosol, PU and technical applications. The grade is selected for the component.

PE · Polyethylene

Material selection for flexible, tough components, aligned with function and processing.

ABS

An engineering thermoplastic for parts requiring stiffness, impact resistance and surface quality.

PA · Polyamide

For technical parts with mechanical and thermal requirements. Moisture and operating conditions are considered.

POM · Polyoxymethylene

For functional components where dimensional consistency and sliding properties matter.

PCR · Post-consumer recyclates

Suitable grades for selected products. Material transitions, colour and approvals are technically assessed.

FAQ

Technical dialogue.

What is KTH Yildiz’s core expertise?

KTH Yildiz combines injection moulding, in-house toolmaking and contract manufacturing of technical plastic parts. Our specialist expertise covers actuators, valves, metering valves, aerosol caps and PU adapters. Custom components and our own portfolio are equally part of our offering.

Do you offer contract injection moulding?

Yes. We manufacture plastic parts to customer specifications using new or technically assessed existing tools. Component, material, annual demand, inspection points and packaging are agreed together.

Do you develop custom components?

Yes. Drawings, samples or a requirements specification provide the basis. Tooling, sampling and series production are coordinated in house.

Can you take over existing tools?

Existing injection moulds can be inspected, sampled and, where required, modified in our own tool shop.

What information do you need for an enquiry?

A drawing or sample, application, preferred material, annual volume and target date are helpful. For valve and dispensing systems, also include the formulation, connections and functional requirements.
